1. RENTAL – FOR MALAYSIAN AIRLINES ONLY
Requirements:
a. A copy of the MAB MEDIF Form signed by MAB Doctor
b. A copy of the passenger’s flight itinerary
c. Payment for the rental

(pls note- a minimum of 3-5 working days’ notice is required prior to departure for requesting the POC rental)
2. PURCHASE – The FAA approved POC unit can also be purchased from Ampac for home use. The POC is light and battery operated and can be hand carried- enabling full mobility for the user
